Pavani & Karan

The story

A love story told through art.

Pavani is an illustrator and Karan a sculptor, so the brief was simple: no template. Every function became a canvas. Invitations were hand-painted, the mehendi lounge doubled as a gallery of the couple’s own work and the mandap was sculpted from brass and marigold.

Three functions ran across a long weekend. We built a shared workspace so both families could track RSVPs, approve décor changes and see the run sheet. Eleven approvals were logged, each with its price impact, before a single flower was ordered.

On the day, the readiness gate caught a late generator risk at the venue and the backup was on site two hours before sangeet. Nobody noticed, which is the point.
