The three-day wedding timeline we give every couple

How we sequence mehendi, haldi, sangeet, baraat, pheras and reception so nobody burns out.

A multi-day wedding is a marathon. We sequence the week so energy peaks when it should: gentle opens, big middles and unrushed sacred moments.

Day one: mehendi in the afternoon, sangeet at night. Day two: haldi in the morning, then rest. Day three: baraat, pheras and reception. Leave two-hour buffers between functions for hair, makeup and travel.

Protect the bride’s rest the night before the pheras, and never schedule key vendors for back-to-back setups. The run sheet is your best friend.
